■ Specific debugging methods:

1. The right adjusting screw at the top of the pressure switch is directly adjusting the upper limit switching value:

2. The left adjustment screw on the top of the pressure switch is used to adjust the pressure difference of the switch.

3. Their relationship is: upper limit switching value - switching pressure difference = lower limit switching value, that is: the upper limit switching value can be directly adjusted on the ruler and compass. The lower limit switching value needs to be adjusted through 1 to 3 operations.

* For example: the pressure of the controlled medium is required to be kept between 0.5 and 0.8Mpa.

a. Select a pressure controller (AMP210) with a set value range of 0.1 to 1.0Mpa.

b. Turn the pressure adjustment screw on the right side of the top to make the pointer indicate 0.8Mpa (8kg or 8bar) on the scale. This value is the upper limit switching value.

c. Turn the pressure adjustment screw on the left side at the top to make the pointer indicate 0.3Mpa on the scale. The lower limit switching value = upper limit switching value - switching pressure difference =0.8-0.3=0.5. This value is the lower limit switching value.

d. Connect the terminal blocks of the controller to the controlled electrical circuit. Please note: Terminal ① is a common connection. Terminal ③ is a normally starting output Terminal ⑤ is a normally closed output terminal.
For high-voltage protection, please connect ① and ⑤. When normal voltage increase begins at 0Mpa, connect ① to ⑤ (① to ③ are not connected.) When the pressure rises to the set upper limit, that is, at 0.8Mpa, ①-⑤ disconnect

(①-③ Connect). After the pressure starts to drop at 0.8Mpa, at this time, ① to 3 remain connected. When the pressure drops to the lower limit set point, that is, 0.3Mpa, the switch contacts switch back to ① to ⑤ connected (① to ③ disconnected). If the pressure drop stops and the pressure rises again, it will automatically return to the loop.

e. Connect the power supply to increase the pressure of the controlled medium (water, gas). Please pay attention to observing and adjusting to ensure that the set value of the pressure switch is consistent with the indication on the pressure gauge. (For example, if the pressure reaches the upper limit setting but the switch has not yet acted, immediately turn the pressure adjustment screw, fine-tune it until the switching action occurs, and repeat the verification once again.) Then perform the lower limit verification. The process is the same as above. (Verify several times repeatedly) Fix the pressure regulating screw and the differential pressure regulating screw on the top of the iron housing of the pressure switch with red paint.

■ Precautions:

1. The controlled medium shall have no corrosive effect on brass, tin bronze and lead tin solder.2. When opening the controller cover for installation, do not rotate the internal screws or toggle the internal parts (except the wiring screws).3. The pressure of the controlled medium must not exceed the maximum allowable pressure specified in the table.4. the controller from the factory warranty for 12 months, where the product quality problems, the company is responsible for timely maintenance or replacement.
