Product Features

This is a normally closed two-way valve. When not powered, it is in a normally closed state. The junction box is connected to power (regardless of positive or negative poles), and a voltage of 24VDC ± 10% is applied. The intake working pressure of this product is OMPa-3MPa for two-way solenoid valves and 0.01MPa - 0.9MPa for electrical proportional valves. Please use it within the pressure range.
■ Product storage requirements and environment: Indoor, keep well-ventilated and dry. ■ Transportation and storage temperature requirements: -20℃ to + 60℃, humidity variation range: 20% to 95%, with condensation; The range of air pressure variation is 86kPa to 101kPa.

Use environment requirements

■ Do not use in the environment with corrosive gases, chemicals, seawater, water, water vapor or the environment with the above substances attached. ■ Do not use in places where vibration or shock occurs. ■ In environments exposed to sunlight, please install protective covers, etc. to avoid sunlight exposure. ■ When there is a heat source around, please cut off the radiation heat. ■ In an environment with oil or sparks from welding and other splashes, please take appropriate protective measures. ■ When the valve is installed in the control box and is powered on for a long time, please take heat dissipation measures to keep the temperature within the operating temperature range of the valve. ■ Compressed air containing large amounts of condensed water can cause valves and other air pressure equipment to operate poorly. Please take countermeasures such as setting up aftercoolers, air dryers or condensate collectors. ■ In an environment with a lot of carbon powder, if the carbon powder adheres to the interior of the valve, it will cause poor operation. Please install an oil mist separator on the upstream side of the valve to remove the carbon powder. ■ Please install the air filter on the upstream side near the valve. Please select products with a filtration accuracy of less than 40μm.
