It can be accurately matched with various CNC processing equipment such as woodworking engraving, stone carving, advertising cutting and light metal milling, and can be adapted without additional modification.
2. High-speed Stable Operation, Dual Advantages of Processing Precision & Efficiency
The whole series can realize continuous high-speed operation at 18000-24000rpm with 400HZ high-frequency drive. Combined with constant torque design, there is no jitter or low runout during high-speed processing, which effectively ensures the finish and dimensional accuracy of the processing surface; the direct drive structure cancels the traditional transmission link, realizing lossless power transmission and greatly improving the processing efficiency of engraving and cutting.
3. Professional Water-cooled Heat Dissipation, Long-term Stability & Durability
Adopting a special heat dissipation design with double water ports for water cooling, the heat dissipation efficiency is several times higher than that of traditional air cooling, which can quickly take away the heat generated by the motor during operation and avoid performance attenuation and component loss caused by high temperature. Even under long-term high-load processing, the fuselage can keep running at low temperature, significantly extending the service life of the motor; the grease lubrication method requires no frequent maintenance, further reducing the use cost.
4. Wide Voltage Adaptation, Practical Industrial-grade Configuration
Mainstream models all support 220V/380V dual voltage switching, adapting to different power supply environments such as factories and workshops; high-specification four-core socket wiring is adopted for stable contact and anti-interference. Some models are additionally designed with air seal holes and exclusive clamping positions, which can effectively prevent dust from entering during stone processing and ensure firmer installation and fixation, meeting the stringent requirements of industrial continuous processing.
